She underwent bilateral dual plane breast augmentation with 305 cc Sientra HSC smooth round moderate plus profile cohesive gel breast implants through an inframammary fold incision. She was able to return to activities including martial arts and she was extremely happy with the results. Her post-op photos are 4 months after surgery.

31 year old female desiring breast augmentation. Pre-op A cup. C+ post-op. Patient underwent breast partial subpectoral dual plane technique placement of Sientra HSC smooth round moderate plus profile 355 cc implants. Patient was thrilled with her result. Photos are 4 months post-op.

48 year old female desired larger, fuller breasts. Preop cup size A cup. Motiva 300 cc Round demi implants placed in the subfascial plane through inframammary scars along with an internal bra (Galaflex Mesh). The Motiva Round implant was chosen because the patient desired a fuller upper breast and address the deflation of her upper breast tissue. The Round implants hold their shape better and produce a fuller upper pole after augmentation. The Galaflex Mesh creates a stronger scar that over time will help to decrease the stretching of the breast tissue and displacement of the implant.

51F underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with 350 cc high profile cohesive silicone breast implants. Patient was very active and implants were placed above the muscle. Post op photos 2 months after surgery.

56-year-old female who desired a breast lift along with a fuller appearance in the upper chest. Breast augmentation mastopexy was recommended. She underwent placement of bilateral Sientra HSC plus smooth round low plus projection breast implants, to 10 cc on the right breast and 195 cc on the left.
