55 year old woman with history of subglandular breast augmentation through periareolar incisions with smooth, round silicone gel breast implants 13 years ago. She noticed increasing firmness of the right breast over the last couple years. An MRI showed bilateral intracapsular rupture of the breast implants. She underwent total capsulectomies and subglandular breast augmentation with round smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel breast implants.

66-year-old female with Inamed Style 115 size 322-gram silicone implants placed 16 years ago through an inframammary fold incision. She recently noticed breast asymmetry from capsular contracture.

Patient is a 51-year-old female, who has undergone a submuscular breast augmentation with 339 round, smooth silicone implants. 65 year old female with history of subglandular (above pectoral muscle) breast augmentations in 1971 and 2001 with ruptured bilateral breast implants and painful capsular contractures. She underwent total capsulectomies and breast revision with Mentor 350 cc subglandular smooth, round, silicone gel implants.

48 year female wanted a smoother stomach and slightly larger breasts. She underwent a mommy makeover which included a modest breast augmentation under the muscle with a 320 cc low profile silicone breast implant, periareolar (donut) breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction.
