The patient is a 40-year-old woman with clinical stage I right breast invasive ductal carcinoma. She underwent nipple sparing mastectomies through inframammary fold incisions and delayed immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and dermal matrix slings. Patient subsequently underwent second stage reconstruction with removal of her expanders placement of high-profile cohesive silicone gel breast implants and fat grafting from her abdomen to her breasts. Postop photos are 6 months after surgery.

39 year old female with invasive carcinoma of the right breast. She underwent a right mastectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy and prophylactic left mastectomy. She underwent immediate prepectoral breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and dermal matrix slings. She is shown 4 months after second stage reconstruction with placement of silicone breast implants, breast fat grafting and lateral capsulorrhaphies.

55 year old female underwent left mastectomy, axillary sentinel lymph node biopsy and placement of a left prepectoral tissue expander and acelluar dermal matrix for left breast DCIS. 3 months later she underwent exchange of the left expander for a round, smooth, high profile, cohesive 365cc silicone gel breast implant and fat grafting from abdomen to breast (right breast 40 cc, left breast 70 cc) with contralateral subglandular breast augmentation with round smooth moderate profile cohesive 255cc silicone gel breast implant for symmetry.

33 year old female with hx of silicone breast implants and breast lift presented with a new diagnosis of breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and dermal matrix slings. 65 year old woman with left breast cancer underwent bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with dermal matrix slings and tissue expanders followed by a second surgery for fat grafting and silicone implant placement. She had a secondary surgery to tighten up the implant pockets a year later. Her photos are 3 months after the secondary surgery.

45F with chronic neck and back pain underwent a breast reduction. Her neck and pain improved significantly and she was very happy with the results. She has a history of bilateral augmentation mastopexy 4 years ago with subpectoral Allergan SSM 240 cc implants. She completed neoadjuvant chemotherapy. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and dermal matrix slings. Her expanders were exchanged for Sientra HSC+ 700 cc high profile silicone implants at a second stage surgery 4 months later. Her postop photos are 7 months after the second stage surgery.
