55 year old woman with history of subglandular breast augmentation through periareolar incisions with smooth, round silicone gel breast implants 13 years ago. She noticed increasing firmness of the right breast over the last couple years. An MRI showed bilateral intracapsular rupture of the breast implants. She underwent total capsulectomies and subglandular breast augmentation with round smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel breast implants.
