49-year-old female with a history of textured sub-glandular, silicone gel breast implants placed through periareolar incisions 15 years ago.
Patient underwent total capsulotomies and a mastopexy. Photos are 1 year after surgery. Breast reshaped during the mastopexy to distribute her existing volume and give her optimal shape after implant removal.
