Patient is a 28 year old female troubled by neck and back pain for several years. She tried numerous things to treat the symptoms but nothing helped. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction with removal of 742 grams from right breast and 762 grams from her left breast. Photos are 3 months after surgery.
