23 year old woman bothered by four years of back pain, neck pain, shoulder strap grooving and breast rashes. She underwent a breast reduction and liposuction. She had breast asymmetry prior to surgery and more tissue was removed from the right breast. 594 grams removed from right breast and 462 grams from left breast. Photos are shown 6 months post op.
