Procedure: Lumpectomy and breast augmentation

Patient is a 31-year-old female with a large benign tumor of the left breast. Removing the tumor created asymmetry. She underwent a left lumpectomy through an inframammary fold incision to remove the tumor and immediate reconstruction with bilateral partial submuscular smooth round silicone gel breast implants; 270 cc moderate profile in right breast and 285 cc high profile implant in the left breast. Photos are 3 months post op.
