Patient is a lovely 38 year old female with a history of right breast cancer who underwent nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and dermal matrix slings. She is shown 3 months after her second stage surgery to remove the expanders, place silicone breast implants and graft 140 cc of fat from her abdomen to her breasts. She has a natural looking result and was very happy with her reconstruction.
