The patient is a 40-year-old woman with clinical stage I right breast invasive ductal carcinoma. She underwent nipple sparing mastectomies through inframammary fold incisions and delayed immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and dermal matrix slings. Patient subsequently underwent second stage reconstruction with removal of her expanders placement of high-profile cohesive silicone gel breast implants and fat grafting from her abdomen to her breasts. Post-Op photos are 6 months after surgery.
