Procedure: Mastectomy

39 year old female with invasive carcinoma of the right breast. She underwent a right mastectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy and prophylactic left mastectomy. She underwent immediate prepectoral breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and dermal matrix slings. She is shown 4 months after second stage reconstruction with placement of silicone breast implants, breast fat grafting and lateral capsulorrhaphies.
