Patient is a 48-year-old female with left breast cancer underwent bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix slings. 575 cc saline breast implants were placed at the second stage. Nipple tattooing was done after surgery. Photos on the right are 10 months post op.
