Procedure: Tissue Expander-Implant - Bilateral

Patient is a 48-year-old female with left breast cancer. The bruising in her left breast preop is from the breast biopsy. She is shown after bilateral mastectomies, and immediate reconstruction with partial submuscular tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix. She underwent staged placement of anatomic silicone gel breast implants, C-V nipple flaps and areolar tattooing. Photos on the right are 1 year post op.
