40-year-old female with neck, back and shoulder pain related to her large breasts. She underwent a breast reduction and chest wall liposuction removing 388 grams from the left breast and 389 grams from the right breast. Her pain went away after surgery. She had a history of poor scarring and used silicone sheeting on her scars for 2 months. She required steroid injection along some areas of scarring in the right breast. Her photos are 5 months after surgery.
