Procedure: Tissue Expander-Implant

Patient is a 56-year-old female with left breast cancer. Her left breast has extensive bruising from a breast biopsy. She underwent a left mastectomy and placement of a tissue expander and acellular dermal matrix. She later underwent a right breast augmentation and exchange of the left breast expander for a silicone gel breast implant for symmetry. Nipple reconstruction was performed with C-V flap (not shown).
She is shown 3 months post op.
