Patient is a 43-year-old female with left breast DCIS underwent bilateral mastectomies and desired a larger breast size. She underwent immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and placement of anatomic, silicone gel breast implants at a second stage. She declined nipple reconstruction and tattooing. Photos on the right are 4 weeks after the second stage.
